Crepes Suzette is a French dessert consisting of crepes with beurre Suzette, a sauce of caramelized sugar and butter, tangerine or orange juice, zest, and cointreau.

Crepe Suzette

  • Pour the sauce into a pan in low heat with the crepe. As soon as the sauce boils pour the crepe into a warmed plate. Pour the cointreau immediately on top and flambe with the help of a lighter.
